Sridhar is the Managing and Founding Partner at ACCTPRO and focuses on Accounting, Payroll Services and related compliances. He was a Director at Deloitte from 1999 until Aug 2015 where he was responsible for the outsourcing practice for the Southern India. He has advised many multi-national clients entering India on matters related to setting up Liaison / Branch office and wholly owned subsidiaries. He has handled regulatory matters pertaining to setting up of STPI & EOU and has a good knowledge concerning FEMA, Companies Act, and such other regulations. Sridhar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from the University of Madras. He has also undergone a formal training in SAP implementation for FI module. Sridhar has good communication and inter-personal and people management skills.
